1. What we are
SahiPick (sahipick.com) is an affiliate review site. We research products, write recommendations, and earn a commission when you buy via our links. We do NOT sell products, hold inventory, or process orders ourselves — every purchase is a transaction between you and the merchant (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
2. Affiliate disclosure (required)
Per the FTC Endorsement Guides and India's ASCI guidelines for influencer / affiliate content: every product link on this site is an affiliate link. When you click and buy, we earn a commission. This does NOT change your price. It does NOT change which products win our rankings — see our methodology. The "Includes affiliate links — #ad" pill above the fold on every product page is our standing disclosure.
3. Use of the site
- The content is for general information. It is not personal financial, medical, or legal advice.
- Prices and stock are pulled from merchant feeds and may be out of date by the time you click. Always confirm on the merchant page before buying.
- We don't guarantee any product's specs, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. The merchant's warranty is the source of truth.
- Reviews and quotes from third-party sources (Reddit, YouTube, blogs) are excerpted under fair-dealing for commentary and review. Original copyright remains with the source.
4. What we don't cover
We deliberately do NOT cover SEBI / RBI / IRDAI-regulated financial products that need specialised licences: demat accounts, stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, IPOs, crypto, or forex. We will not recommend, compare, or link to these.
5. Recommendations are opinions
Our rankings are deterministic — see the methodology — but they're still opinions, not facts. Different buyers care about different things. The "Best for X" callouts try to surface trade-offs honestly. If a product is wrong for your situation, we say so.
6. WhatsApp recommendation chatbot
If you opt into our WhatsApp loop:
- Recommendations are AI-generated, grounded in our product database. They're suggestions, not a substitute for professional advice (especially for skincare and finance).
- We may follow up once, 7 days after a recommendation, asking if it worked out. You can reply STOP at any time to end the conversation.
- Standard WhatsApp data charges may apply per your carrier.
7. Skincare / health disclaimer
Skincare and health-supplement picks are general recommendations. Patch-test before daily use. We are not doctors. If you have a skin condition, allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are on medication — consult a qualified dermatologist or doctor. Results may vary. Nothing on this site is a cure or treatment for any medical condition.
8. Finance disclaimer (credit cards)
Credit-card recommendations are based on publicly available terms. Issuer approval is at the issuer's sole discretion. Rewards rates, annual fees, fee-waiver thresholds, and lounge access policies change — confirm with the issuer before applying. We do not provide credit advice or financial planning.
9. Intellectual property
Original copy, our methodology, our brand and logo are owned by SahiPick. Product names, brand logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Quotes are excerpted under fair dealing for criticism, comment, and review.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SahiPick is not liable for:
- Outcomes of purchases made via our affiliate links — that's between you and the merchant.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
- Stock-outs, price changes, or wrong listings on merchant sites.
- Outcomes of skincare, health, or finance product use.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top tracks every revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
